Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense Darcy Ribeiro (UENF)
I am an associate professor at the Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense Darcy Ribeiro (UENF). I have a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and a Master's degree in Ecology at the Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto (UFOP) and graduated with a Ph.D. in Ecology at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). I was a post-doc working with community and metacommunity ecology in the Intituto de Biodiversidade e Sustentabilidade (NUPEM/UFRJ). I have used mammals as my study model to test ecological questions in most of my studies. Currently, I teach and advise at the Biological Sciences undergrad course at UENF. Also, I am advising in two graduate programs: "Environmental Sciences and Conservation" at UFRJ and "Ecology and Natural Resources" at UENF.
Associate researchers

Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ)
Pablo is interested in understanding the evolution of mammalian diversity in the Neotropics (especially rodents and marsupials) and how it has responded to recent human impacts. He is an Associate Professor at NUPEM and the Curator of the NUPEM mammal collection.

Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense Darcy Ribeiro
Leandro is a postdoc and an teach at the Program of Ecology and Natural Resources (UENF). He studies ecology and conservation of reptiles and amphibians.

Universidade Federal Do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ)- Museu Nacional
Gabby is an anatomist and functional morphologist. She has a bachelor and masters in Zoology (UFRJ 2015, 2017), and it's currently a PhD candidate in Zoology at UFMG and Harvard University (2019-2023). Gabby is currently investigating the myology evolution of American marsupials through comparative anatomy, physical and digital dissections.
